Elm Creek Park Improvements

Impact Engineering and Planning staff is proud to have supported the Destination Owasso Bond Issue.  Below is one of the drawings produced by our staff that indicate what the improvements will appear like.

The Elm Creek Park improvements consist of updating the existing tennis courts to meet current design standards and updating the shelters to be more usable.  Additions to the park include a rugby pitch, a fishing bridge and several fishing docks, a playground with shade structures, improvements to the parking areas and an addition of a pakring lot and Jogging/Bike trails.
